JADnet Inc. is a proudly Canadian and proudly Ottawa-based company. We incorporated in 1999 to focus on providing information management consulting services to our existing clients [acquired from the acquisition of P&C Computer Solutions Inc. (incorporated in 1993)]. The clients ranged from individuals to schools and medium-sized businesses.

Prior to 1999, P&C Computer Solutions Inc. provided services such as professional computerized photographic services, PC hardware and software sales, Bulletin Board services, network infrastructure implementations, Internet Access Points, webhosting, e-mail hosting, and DNS hosting. P&C Computer Solutions Inc. was also an Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the Ottawa area.

JADnet Inc. took over the day-to-day needs of the existing clients from 1999 onwards and has extended its services to include consulting while dropping some less competitive services such as Internet Access Points.
